• Verbally opt in by clearly agreeing when our staff asks, “Would you like to receive SMS updates and offers from us?” We’ll document your consent in our system.

Providing your phone number for appointments or other purposes does not automatically enroll you in our SMS program—your separate, affirmative consent is required.

How We Use Your Information

• We only send messages to customers who have actively opted in via text or verbal confirmation.
• Your phone number will not be shared, sold, or used beyond this optional SMS program.
• Message frequency varies (e.g., reminders as scheduled, promotions occasionally).

Opting Out To stop receiving SMS messages, reply "STOP" to any message at any time. You’ll no longer receive texts unless you opt back in by texting "START" to +1 866 376-6218 or verbally notifying our staff.
